He is extremely demanding of all those around him and has a very low tolerance for anything but excellence. Steve simply demands/expects great things from everyone around him. I honestly believe he can’t understand why anyone would want to waste their time doing anything less than great.

I was asked to talk about web2.0 tools and tricks, but thought that might be kinda boring for the audience so I broadened it and tried to focus on communication in general.
